June 11-15

Ages 5-8 (9am-12n) $225 • Ages 9-12 (1:00pm-4:00pm) $225

Develop a character and create a story. Students will design a super hero and create a story board, flip book and a comic strip or comic book.
In this camp stu­dents will develop a character or theme from which they will do a series of illustrations. Campers will learn how to depict a story visually, using color and style to create atmosphere and mood. We will also explore the tools and mediums of illustration while learning about gesture, composition and anatomy, value and more.



June 18-22

Ages 5-8 (9am-12n) $225 • Ages 9-12 (1:00pm-4:00pm) $225

Campers will explore various painting techniques, acquiring fundamental skills to help them with painting realistic objects, landscapes and people. Students will work with a variety of painting media including watercolor, tempera and acrylic paints.




June 25-29

Ages 12-17 (9am-12n) $225   *$375 for full day with TEEN PAINTING CAMP

Expand your creativity and artistic awareness. Students will develop the technical skills needed to render a drawing with good composition, perspective and line. Students will focus on a variety of techniques and develop their own personal style.

Ages 12-17 (1pm-4pm) $225   *$375 for full day with TEEN DRAWING CAMP

TEEN painting art camp is an in-depth studio experience. Designed to empower teen artists by engaging their creativity and building their skills, students are introduced to a variety of styles and techniques. Small class sizes, grouped by age & experience, enable our instructors to take a deep dive with the students so that they can build technique and grow their individual style.
Students will learn different painting techniques to achieve their desired aesthetic. This class will also cover the Elements of Art and color theory.




July 9-13

Ages 5-8 (9am-12n) $225 • Ages 9-12 (1:00pm-4:00pm) $225

Students will explore different drawing techniques in a range of media to create interesting and successful drawings from observation. Media such as graphite, charcoal, conté crayon, ink and pastels will be used.




July 16-20

Ages 9-12 (1:00pm-4:00pm) $225

Students will learn Japanese culture and traditions, including some language, while creating Japanese art such as origami, anime, Sumi-E  ink painting and more.




July 16-20

Ages 13-17 (9am-12n) $225

Students will be introduced to the basics of throwing on the potters wheel. Students will learn to throw, trim and glaze their pots.

*projects made in clay camps are available for pick up one week after camp ends.

**The Muse will only hold camp projects for 30 days.




July 23-27

Ages 5-8 (9am-12n) $225 • Ages 9-12 (1:00pm-4:00pm) $225

Students will discover the wonder of clay, creating functional as well as decorative projects that are low fire and food safe. Students will explore a variety of hand-building and glazing techniques and clays. *projects made in clay camps are available for pick up one week after camp ends. The Muse will only hold camp projects for 30 days.
