Penny Meyer graduated from Cuyamaca College, School of Technical and Scientific Illustration in 1985 and has been working as an artist, photographer, and illustrator for over 20 years. She is an award-winning artist of miniature historical figures and has recently published an article about painting the figure.  Penny enjoys leisure painting and tries to paint on something everyday.
